Pennies

How do you carry your mistakes? 

I carry mine in Gucci bags, strapped around one shoulder, with the zippers undone and flaps open for all to see. They're heavy, but only heavy for me to carry. Depending on the bag and its mood at the time, it may be light for you. Here's hoping. 

Some entries ago, I wrote that I would stop talking about the negative aspects of my life. This task is proving harder than it should. What can I write about when the only thing I focus on, day in and day out, is the bad? 

I've been cursed to dream, banished from living. 

I want to say more, so much more, but I can't find the urgency to do so. I keep pennies in a pocket that has a hole in it. Whatever that means. The imagery is there, I guess.

Anyone out there?
